Alicia Acciardi is a seasoned real estate professional with over 37 years of experience serving Northern New Jersey. A long-time Morris County resident, Alicia has built her career on deep market knowledge, trusted relationships, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals with clarity and confidence.
She holds the prestigious Broker Associate® designation and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS®), uniquely qualified to represent properties across all price points — from first-time homes to luxury estates. Alicia’s expertise spans every facet of residential real estate, including single-family homes, condominiums, co-ops, multi-family properties, and new construction.
Her career began in property management, where she developed a foundation in real estate operations and client care before expanding into sales, development, and brokerage leadership. Alicia currently serves as Team Leader and Business Strategist for Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan in Morristown, NJ, and leads her own sales group, The Acciardi Home Team.
From 2011 to 2014, Alicia represented National Resources of Greenwich, CT, overseeing the luxury conversion of Edgewater’s historic Unilever facility into The Pearl — a collection of loft-style condominiums along the Hudson River. Earlier, as Director of Sales for “A” Condominium in Jersey City (2005–2009), she led the onsite sales team for The Athena Group of New York City, achieving over 250 new home sales totaling in excess of $150 million — one of the most successful new construction launches of its time.
Alicia also holds the SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and SFR® (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) designations, equipping her to guide clients through life transitions and complex financial situations with professionalism and care. A graduate of Seton Hall University with a B.A. in Political Science, she is fluent in Spanish and known for her integrity, market insight, and hands-on approach.
Beyond real estate, Alicia is deeply involved in community service. She has volunteered with CASA of Morris County, Toni’s Kitchen in Montclair, and the Morris County Soup Kitchen, advocating for children and families in need.
Alicia lives in Parsippany, NJ, with her husband and is the proud mother of two grown sons.
